At AltaadiR, every piece is handcrafted with care in our family workshop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of eligible non-personalized products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

be unused;
be in its original condition;
include all original accessories and packaging;
show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Returns requested after 14 days may not be accepted.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Because personalized and made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

the item arrived damaged;
the item has a manufacturing defect;
we made an error in personalization;
you received the wrong product.

Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

your order number;
photographs of the product;
photographs of the shipping box and packaging;
a brief description of the issue.

We will evaluate the situation as quickly as possible and offer an appropriate solution, including:

replacement;
repair;
partial refund;
full refund.

We will provide return instructions before you ship the item back.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our mistake or a damaged/defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as AltaadiR cannot be responsible for packages lost during return transit.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product (if applicable) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, personalized or custom-made orders cannot be canceled.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Natural Materials Disclaimer

AltaadiR products are handcrafted using natural materials such as oak, walnut, slate, concrete, brass, steel, and other genuine materials.

Natural variations in:

wood grain;
color;
texture;
stone patterns;
handcrafted finishing

are expected and are not considered defects.

Each piece is unique.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective:

Personalized products
Custom engraved products
Made-to-order items
Final sale items
Gift cards (if offered)

Our Craftsmanship Promise

We proudly stand behind the quality of every handcrafted AltaadiR product. If your item develops a manufacturing defect under normal use, please contact us. We'll work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue whenever possible.

This promise does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or natural aging of wood and other materials.
