Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Handmade, made-to-order, or personalized items may require additional processing time depending on the product and order volume.

Shipping Area

At this time, AltaadiR ships within the United States.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping is available for a flat rate of $6.95. Free standard shipping is available on orders of $75 or more.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. AltaadiR is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows that your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need help, contact us at altaadir.family@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
